Learn more about self advocacy. This free program is targeted to adults with developmental disabilities and their caregivers.
At the end of the program the participant will:
- Recognize the impact of past and present changes in the health care delivery system and their impact on you.
- Identify legal issues affecting individuals with develop-mental disabilities and their caregivers.
- Improve their ability to act as self-advocates in health care.

The education program is free and includes lunch through grant support. Seating is limited and prior registration is required. Registration is limited to 20 individuals, with one caregiver per registrant.
