EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS
What do we do in a fire/home/car crisis? How can we as families with young children be prepared if in such a crisis?
Presentation on Disability Awareness Training, care seat safety check and a general resource fair.
Mr. Whalen has trained emergency personnel/first responders regarding people with developmental disabilities, raising awareness within the community about their potential needs during a time of a crisis. Mr. Whalen will incorporate his extensive experience in the field of developmental disabilities and as a professional trainer to this family-focused presentation.
