Training and Education Manager

The Training and Education Manager is responsible for the development, coordination, implementation and evaluation of all training and educations events within the eight (8) counties of WNY. Employee must be able to initiate, coordinate, organize, and implement the training and workshop details for the organization. It is essential that the candidate be able to work well with people, help the organization grow while being able to effectively collaborate with organizations and school districts throughout WNY.

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS in education or related discipline preferred), related experience and/or training; or an appropriate combination of education, training and specific discipline related experience.

It is preferred that the candidate be the parent of an individual with special needs or be the primary recipient of services themselves.

Full time employees’ work week is 35 hours. Salary Range is $42,000 – $47,000
