Project SEARCH of Western New York

By March 21, 2016November 12th, 2021No Comments

Project SEARCH of Western New York at Beechwood Continuing Care is flourishing in a neighborhood near you! Here, students in their last year of high school are given a remarkable transition opportunity for complete work emersion in a business setting.

This opportunity was made possible by our business liaison, Beechwood Continuing Care, located in Amherst. The objective of Project SEARCH is to promote skills sets that increase student potential for competitive employment. This program meets many of their district Credential requirements and work-based learning hours.  It is also a State Ed approved program.

We would appreciate an opportunity to briefly visit with you to share the benefits of the program for your individual young adult. We are currently making appointments to provide information that would make it easy for you to determine if your students meet our criteria. Brochure and the Project SEARCH application. If you would like to meet, or possibly tour the program and see our interns, please contact Alan Venesky, Project SEARCH Coordinator at 716.799.8153.
