A free program for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders.
Who?
- For children, ages 7 – 15, diagnosed on the autism spectrum.
- Each child is welcome to bring a sibling or friend in the 7-to-15 age group.
- The teacher, Brianna Lanoye, is an actor with teaching experience.
When and Where?
- Empower Children’s Academy—9812 Lockport Road, Town of Niagara
- Tuesdays, 6 -8 PM June 14, 21, 28, July 5, 12, 19, 26, August 2
- Thursdays, 6 – 8 PM: July 28 and August 4
What?
- Group acting exercises that build social skills
- Individual exercises that develop confidence and problem-solving skills A free, open final performance showcasing students’ work
